Restore Your Original Components

Old Air Products offers a wide selection of factory replacement heating and air conditioning components for classic vehicles. However, some original parts are no longer available or are simply too difficult to replace. For those hard-to-find components, we offer professional rebuild and restoration services to help keep your original system operating as intended.

Original A/C Hose Restoration

Original air conditioning hoses are an important part of many restorations, but decades of use can leave them cracked, brittle, or leaking. Our hose restoration service allows you to retain your factory fittings while replacing the old hose with modern barrier hose, providing improved reliability without sacrificing the original appearance of your engine compartment.

Factory A/C Drier Restoration

Many original receiver driers are difficult or impossible to replace, making restoration the best option for maintaining an authentic factory look. We carefully rebuild eligible driers by replacing the internal desiccant and restoring the Drier so it is ready to return to service while preserving its original appearance.

Original Heater Control Valve Restoration

If your vehicle is equipped with an original Ranco or Harrison heater control valve, we can restore it to proper operating condition. Our rebuild service is available for original valves with copper tubes and is ideal for restorations where maintaining factory-correct components is important. Please note that heater valves with steel tubes cannot be rebuilt.


Custom A/C & Heater Control Cable Reproduction

When original control cables become damaged, seized, or unavailable, we can manufacture new replacement cables built to match your originals. Each cable is made to duplicate the length, travel, and end fittings of the factory cable, providing the proper fit, function, and appearance for your restoration project.

Vacuum Actuator Restoration

Original vacuum actuators play a critical role in the operation of many factory heating and air conditioning systems, controlling doors and valves throughout the system. Over time, the internal diaphragms can deteriorate, causing vacuum leaks and improper system operation. Our rebuild service restores eligible original vacuum actuators to proper working condition, helping preserve the functionality and authenticity of your classic vehicle's climate control system.

All rebuild and update services are subject to inspection upon receipt. Due to the age, condition, and originality of the component, not every part is suitable for rebuilding. The final determination of whether a component can be successfully rebuilt is made at the sole discretion of our rebuild technicians.

A completed Rebuild & Update Service Liability Waiver is required for every rebuild or update service before work can begin. By submitting your component for service, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in the waiver.
